Refund Policy

At Nivara Fashions, every piece is made and shipped with care. Since we deal in fashion wear with limited and customized production, we follow a strict No Refund Policy except in genuine cases as mentioned below.
1. No Refund / Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded after processing.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.

Refunds are only applicable if the product received is damaged, wrong, or defective.
2. Exchange Policy (If Applicable)

Exchange is applicable only for size issues and only if mentioned as "exchange available" on the product listing.

Custom-stitched, made-to-order, sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video proof.

Reverse shipping charges (if any) are to be borne by the customer.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours with:

Unboxing video (Mandatory)

Order ID and clear images of the defect

Once approved, we will offer exchange or store credit. Refunds in cash are issued only if the product is out of stock.
4. Conditions for Exchange/Return Approval

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Items with perfume smell, makeup stains, or any signs of wear will not be accepted.
5. Store Credit

In eligible cases, refunds may be issued as store credit which can be redeemed on future purchases.

Store credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
⚠ Important Note
Unboxing video from the moment of opening the parcel (without any cuts) is compulsory for any damage or exchange claim. Without this, we cannot process your request.
