• Customized or pre-order pieces may take longer. Estimated dispatch time will be mentioned at the time of purchase.

• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
   

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
 

• We ship through trusted courier partners.

• Standard delivery time is 4–8 working days depending on the location.

• Remote or out-of-service areas may take additional time.
   

3. Shipping Charges
 

• Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

• Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value during special offers or promotions.
   

4. Tracking Information
 

• Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID/link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to get updated by the courier partner.
   

5. Delayed or Failed Delivery
 

• Nivara Fashions is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by courier service, weather conditions, or unforeseen situations.

• If the delivery fails due to wrong address or contact details, the order will not be eligible for refund. Re-shipping charges will apply.
   

6. International Shipping (If Applicable)
 

• International shipping charges and timelines will vary by location.

• Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are to be paid by the customer.
   

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
 

• If your package is lost or arrives in damaged condition, please report it within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing video and proof.
